When configuring Apply subtable filter criteria under Advanced Settings in Action Buttons such as Convert Records: Direct Save, Update Values, and Update Value on Another Sheet, you can use the following variables so that the filter criteria change dynamically based on the record's data, the user who runs the action, or the time.

| {{#USERID}} | The user (email) who clicks on this Action Button, same as {{#USER}} |
| {{$USERID}} | The creator (email) of this record, same as {{$USER}} |
| {{USERNAME}} | The user (name) who clicks on this Action Button |

| {{TODAY}} | Today's date (based on the company time zone), in the default format yyyy/MM/dd. If the Subtable field being filtered has a date format configured, that format is used instead. |

| {{$DATE}} | The date when this record was created, in the format yyyy/MM/dd |
| {{#TIME}} | The time when the action is executed, in the format HH:mm:ss |

| {{NOW}} | The current date and time (based on the company time zone), in the default format yyyy/MM/dd HH:mm. If the Subtable field being filtered has a date format configured, that format is used instead. |

| {{$WEEKDAY}} | The day of the week (0 = Sunday, 1 to 6 = Monday to Saturday). Please note that this returns the day of the week when the action is executed, not the day the record was created. |
