Hiding E-mail history of the sheet
The e-mails sent by E-mail this entry, Send Custom E-mail, or Reminders will be displayed at lower right corner on the form page of the entry as e-mail history.
If you do not want this email history to be displayed, you can disable it from Form Settings > Form Settings > Hide e-mail history of this sheet under form design mode.
