Ragic App Introduction

With the Ragic App, users can quickly add, edit, view, and approve records directly from a mobile device, without needing to access a computer or mobile browser. This greatly enhances the convenience of daily operations.

Please note that all form design–related features must still be configured via the web version. For details on what is not supported in the app, refer to the “Unsupported Features in Ragic App” section.

Common Use Cases and Applicable Roles

・Sales Management

During client visits, sales staff can quickly look up information using the app and upload photos directly to forms on-site. After the meeting, new visit records can be added immediately, eliminating the need to update data back at the office.

・Warehouse Management

In warehouse operations, the app can be used to scan barcodes for managing inbound and outbound shipments. Users can also track inventory and shipping records efficiently.

・Personnel Management

For attendance tracking and internal process management, staff can clock in/out, manage attendance records, initiate approval flows, and review documents directly on their mobile devices, improving overall workflow flexibility.
