Why Can’t I Log In to the App?

1. First, make sure that your username and password are entered correctly.

If the password is forgotten, tap the Forgot Password option on the login screen. A reset link will be sent to your registered email. Follow the instructions in the email to create a new password.

2. If you are on the Concurrent Users Plan, please note that logging in through the App also counts toward the concurrent user limit.

When the message "Waiting to enter the account" appears, it means the limit has been reached. You can log in again once other users have finished their sessions.
