Auto-Create a Record From an Uploaded File: Upload an Excel, PDF, or other file, and Ragic AI will read the content and populate the corresponding fields, quickly creating a new record.

Using @ To Call AI for Automated Task Execution: Type @Ragic AI in a sheet to analyze data, edit or create records, export files, or send emails, boosting your overall efficiency.

Adding Agents: Choose an AI Agent type and set your own rules, or apply a built-in template to get started quickly. For example, you can have the system automatically comment to notify the person in charge when "Remaining Budget" falls below 10% of the total budget, or schedule a weekly task to summarize sales orders and email the report to management.
