If you frequently need to export data into fixed-format documents, for example, quotations, orders, contracts, or product specifications, Ragic's Custom Print Reports feature makes it easy. You can export data as PDF, DOCX, PNG, XLSX, or PPTX files and freely design the layout.

With custom templates, you can show or hide fields, insert your company name or logo, add terms or other text, and include Subtable data. This allows you to quickly generate files that match your company's format without repeated formatting.

You can also use Ragic's built-in email feature to send the generated documents directly to customers as attachments.

Note: The video mentions that only PDF, DOCX, and PNG formats are supported. This has since been updated to also support XLSX and PPTX, and you can now generate multiple files at once.
