How to Mass Create Account Titles?

If you need to create lots of account titles, you may follow the steps below:

Step 1. Prepare Your Excel File

Click here to download an Excel template and fill in the account titles you would like to add.

Please ensure:

1. Proper format

Please format the fourth grade as below:

xxxx-account title

For example,

1111-Cash And Cash Equivalents

2. Use only pre-defined first, second, and third-grade codes since this affects the generation of accounting reports later on. You should only set the fourth-grade titles yourself.

Step 2. Import the Excel File

Once completed, please import your file into the "Account Titles" sheet. Additionally, please check the "Recalculate all formulas" option in the Advanced Settings.
