SMS URL Whitelist Application Form

Commercial SMS sent to Taiwan numbers must comply with NCC regulations. Any message containing a URL must use a pre-approved domain on the telecom whitelist before it can be delivered. Unapproved URLs, including but not limited to free short-link services such as bit.ly, tinyurl, and lihi, will cause delivery failure. If you need to include a URL in your SMS, please submit this application form.
